The use of energy healing is as old as humanity itself. It is a basic instinct to grasp a sore or injured place with your hands, to hold a distressed child, person or animal and to feel compassion for anyone in fear or pain.
For most people this energy is unfocused and weak and using it will leave us a little depleted. By using our compassion and the will to heal ourselves and help others, anyone can learn to channel this energy.
The Reiki level workshops and attunements help to strengthen and focus the energy and teach you the discipline to use it with wisdom and discretion. It is empowering, can be life changing and is completely natural.
There are three Reiki levels. Reiki level 1 is for you to help heal yourself and learn to use the energy with love and respect. Reiki level 2 is therapist level where you will learn to treat others with a responsible attitude. Reiki 3 is the ultimate commitment to walk the Reiki path.
As I specialize in helping horses I will also teach you how to do this if you require it.
